This index links the terms, privacy policy, security statement, and other public documents. Each page states its effective date and exposes the same text to browsers, printers, and no-JavaScript readers.
Generated SDKs and downloadable Product artifacts ship under the Hyperscale Proprietary License and are confidential. You may use them only for your organization's Hyperscale integration. You may not publish them to public repositories or package registries, resell them, or distribute them outside personnel and contractors who need access and are bound by confidentiality terms at least as protective as these. Keep LICENSE, CONFIDENTIALITY.md, and USAGE-RESTRICTIONS.md with every copy.
Hyperscale is the foundation for what gets built next. A founder describes a company in one sentence, and Hyperscale builds its foundation on a licensed bank partner. The founder works in the portal with the Architect. Developers can use the CLI, Product API, generated SDKs, or MCP. Every state change records who asked, what ran, and the result in a receipt. Hyperscale is not a bank and never holds a tenant's money under its own name.
Every Product starts in a sandbox with test identities, provider simulators, and play money. No tenant is live today. The current systems connect to no real bank infrastructure. Moving a future Product to live use requires a separate Product Activation review, identity checks, provider approval, and billing readiness. The bank partner would perform every regulated money movement.
