# Plans > There is one plan, and everything is in it: the full API, generated SDKs, docs and LLM docs, Hyperscale Architect, hosted MCP, and agent integrations, with no feature gates and no usage ceilings. A Product's price has three layers, all per Product and all published: a one-time activation fee at go-live, a monthly platform fee, and metered usage against the one rate card below. Both fees are priced deterministically from the composition's complexity score. Generated from the Hyperscale contract. ## How pricing works - Composing in the sandbox environment costs nothing, with everything unlocked. The one-time activation fee is charged when a Product is promoted from sandbox to live; it covers KYB review, bank onboarding, and account activation. - The activation fee is SAR 5,000 base plus SAR 1,000 per complexity point, computed from the composition and shown exactly before you commit. - The monthly platform fee is SAR 1,000 base plus SAR 200 per complexity point. The fee is shown at plan time, frozen into the Product's snapshot at creation, and re-scored on recompose effective the next invoice. - Usage fees are metered per meter against the rate card below. The card holds the list prices; operators may hold standing per-meter discount overrides for a customer or Product, down to zero, and an invoice always shows the list price beside the negotiated price. - A Product earn rate is separate from Hyperscale plan pricing. When an earn rate applies to `internal_transfer.create`, the ledger deducts the fee from the credited amount and records up to three legs for provider, product, and platform accounts. The response returns the fee legs and `netAmount`. ## The usage rate card - account.active_month: SAR 275 per account_month.
